The minimum stay throughout the year is for 3 nights. This can be any 3 nights – not just over the weekend. The tariff shows prices for 3,4 and 7 nights, so please enquire for rates for other lengths of stay.
Prices include all electricity costs and use of the wood-burning stove during the winter months inclusive of fuel. To ensure satisfactory operation of the stove , and for guests’ convenience, the owners will clear and re-set the stove for subsequent use as guests require.
Please note, for safety reasons, the stove cannot be used if the lower lounge is being used as the second bedroom

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by cheque or BACS transfer, with the balance payable on arrival by cash or cheque
We also offer a Welcome Pack comprising locally sourced milk, bread, butter (or low fat spread), free range eggs, bacon and fruit juice (either apple or orange). A vegetarian option is available with mushrooms and tomatoes.
£14.50 for a 2 person pack. Please advise at time of booking if you would like this pack.
The cottage is available from 4pm on your day of arrival, although earlier time may be possible by prior arrangement. We ask our guests to vacate the cottage on the day of departure by 10am.
